Jedan od strateskih pravaca bi mogao biti i razvoj kongresnog turizma u Niskoj Banji. Niska Banja je idealno mesto za odrzavanje strucnih, naucnih, poslovnih ili politickih kongresa zbog blizine grada Nisa, aerodroma, kulturno istorijskih i prirodnih atrakcaija i istovremene izolovanosti i divnog banjskog ambijenta. Izgradnja Kongresnog centra bi morao biti jedan od prioriteta.
